If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ,
if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the spirit, if any
tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded,
having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Do nothing out of
selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than
yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to
the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ
Jesus.

“He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how
shall He not with Him also freely give His ‘TREASURERS’ all things” Romans 8:32

The LORD will perfect that which concerns us. (Psalm 138:8)
Again, we look at one of God's "precious promises." (2 Peter 1:4). This one pertains to His perfecting work in the lives of those who know Him and humbly depend upon Him. This priceless promise is the Old Testament antecedent of the one we recently considered from Philippians 1:6. "He who has begun a good work in you will complete it."
Think of the astounding implications of our present promise. "The LORD will perfect that which concerns me." Our God has pledged to fully accomplish His will and His plan in every matter that pertains to our lives. Whether it is growth in biblical insight, development in godliness, progress in marriage, or whatever, "the LORD will perfect that which concerns [us] ."
If we have given even minimal attention to God's word, we know that He wants us to grow in sound biblical understanding. "For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food" (Hebrews 5:12). If we will humbly feed on God's word, seeking Him for spiritual insight, He "will perfect that which concerns [us] " in this area of life.
If we care about the will of God for our overall spiritual development, we know His word calls us to godliness. "For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age" (Titus 2:11-12). If we seek the Lord and trust in Him for ongoing growth in godliness, He "will perfect that which concerns [us] " in this area as well.
With respect to family life, the scriptures reveal God's will to be a household of mutually submissive servants, each serving the other out of reverence for the Lord: "submitting to one another in the fear of God" (Ephesians 5:21). The servant wife would follow the spiritual leadership of the husband. "Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord" (Ephesians 5:22). The servant husband would love His wife with sacrificial Christ-like love. "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for it" (Ephesians 5:25). As each seeks the Lord for His transforming grace, He "will perfect that which concerns (us) " in this area of life also.
Dear Father, forgive me for attempting to perfect myself, when You have promised to attend to it. My vain efforts only quench the work of Your Spirit of grace. Lord, please carry out Your transforming work in my study of the word, my need to grow in godliness, my relationships at home, my testimony on the job, my service of You — my entire life, in Jesus name, Amen.

HE WILL NEVER CHANGE
THE NATURE OF GOD
HE WILL NEVER CHANGE
The fundamental of nature indicated
that God is the source of everything, both living and non-living things. His
word is the beginning of all things. ‘Let there be light’ Gen. 1.3. When the
light came to being, He then made thee night. Verse 4-5. Since then, it has not
changed.
His word is His power. This
word is so potent that makes His power so domineering. God will rather not talk
than for Him to deny and later say He did not say so or meant what He said.
Some attributes of HIS word.
(i)
It is much powerful Isaiah 55;10-11
(ii)
It brings healing to the sic. Psalm 107:20
(iii)
It is settled forever and complete. Psalm 119:89
All these and more are the
nature of God that makes Him not to change in His standard. He cannot
compromise, unlike man that will say something and deny ever saying it.
The word of man is not
realistic, it is not forever but temporary. Word of man has limitations. This
is the reason why the Bible says ‘Put not your trust in princes nor in the son
of man, in whom there is no help. His breath goeth forth ,he returneth to his
earth; in that very day his thought perish, Happy is he that hath the God of
Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the
Lord his God. Psalm 146:3-5
Men may assume that they don’t want you to be more successful
than them or think you will contend with them in time to come. 1Samuel 18:8-9.
This makes man not reliable. Therefore, Lesson to learn:
(i)
For no reason at all should you put your confidence in the word or promise
of man. Cease ye from man whose breath is in his nostrils; for wherein is he to
be accounted of. Isaiah 2:22
(ii)
Trust God at all times even when it seems not certain or sure. When all
situation looks impossible and knotty, trust HIM. He will not reverse His word
which is His power. Thus saith the Lord ; cursed is be the man that trusteth in
man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. Jeremaiah.17.5
For those that knows their God. The word and
power of God is in you to do exploit. Those that are yet to give their life to
Jesus will continually wallow in pains of disappointments and agony of unfulfilled
purpose. Give your life to Him now.
Cheers!

DOMINION
TAKING DOMINION
Authority to rule over. Taking
control, first mentioned in Genesis chapter one verse twenty six. Ordered by
God the maker of everything. That; man should have dominion over the fish of
the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the
earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
God made all things and put
them all under our feet. The nature of man was made just a little lower than
the nature of the angels. He (God ) crowned man with glory and honour and then
set him over the works of HIS hands. Hebrew 2:7. Unfortunately, with all God
did, men are controlled by things they should control. Money, Power and
Position.
Money: in their bid to make despite God’s position in giving power to make
wealth.Deut.8:18. Man go to any extent like fraud, falsehood, rituals, and lots
of other vices to satisfy the lust of money. God had made this promise in the
ages past and if HIS children can just tenaciously hold unto this, no one will
want to ruin others credibility, home or business on the guise of business for
personal advantage. Many even run church as this today.
Power: lots of individuals or group had entered into covenant with the devil to
obtain series of power. The Bible says; He (God) gives power to the faint and
to them that have no might, He increaseth strength. Isaiah 40:29. This implies
that God gives the authentic power that is superior to all other ones that may
want to contend. (1 King 18.)
Position: The Bible says And HE changeth the times and the seasons, He removeth
Kings, and setteth up Kings; He giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to
them that know understanding. God’s Treasurers, your God has made you authority
over all. God a times makes us to fail in our endeavors so as to learn relying
on HIM for all our needs entirely for everything.Taking Dominion is like unto glory
here on earth. This, the Son of God only can make manifest. To whom God would
make known what is the riches of the glory of the mystery among the gentiles,
which is Christ in you the hope of Glory. Without Him no power to take dominion.
Col.1:27

DIVINE HELP
DIVINE HELP
Help is the aid or offer of
assistance to someone to make something easier, better, quicker or improve.
This can be received either by request for it or rendered at the volition of
the person or group that’s offering it. It spans across every area of life.
Help can be offered by known or unknown individuals or group. Virtually all
persons need help in one way or the other. Help has its goods and bad that
associates with it. There are helps rendered for the sake of goodness while so
many have evil ulterior motives hidden within. Hence the need for Divine Help.
This comes from no one but God. It is only God that helps without prejudice. When
Adam was toiling alone in the garden, God saw him and identified the need for a
helpmeet and HE provided Eve. Genesis 2:18
Divine help comes in various dimensions.
Instances:
IN HUNGER; when the bottle of water
Abraham gave to Hagar and Ishmael finished, God provided a well of water, Genesis
21:19, In Exodus 16:13-15 when the Israelites yearned for meat and food. He
divinely provided quails and bread to feed them. Mathew 15:32-38. Jesus fed four
thousand people that were with HIM.
IN BONDS: Genesis41:14-46. Here God
made King Pharaoh to have a dream that only Joseph that was in the prison could
interpret, which led to his release and uplifting. Acts12: 6-11. Luke was
brought out from the prison the very night King Herod was planning to kill him.
IN TROUBLE: Daniel 3:23-30. The three
Hebrew were not hurt by the fire when they refused to obey King Nebuchadnezzar’s
order to bow down to a graven image and they were cast into the fire.
2 Chronicles 32:20-22. God saved King
Hezekiah and his people from the hands of the enemy that had threatened to
destroy them because they did not surrender to him.
Mathew 14:28-32. Peter saw a
boisterous wind, he was caught with fear and started sinking, and Jesus rescued
him.
IN SICKNESS: 2 Kings 20:1-6 Hezekiah
was healed of his sickness. Luke13:11-13 Jesus healed a bowed woman.
Even at death. John 11:41-44. Jesus
brought Lazarus back to life. Mark 5:35-43 Jesus brought back to life the
daughter of Jairus a ruler of the Synagogue. The Bible says no one receive
anything except it’s given from above. Crave for anything that lacks the
attention of God can neither give joy nor last long.
The Psalmist said; I will lift my eyes
unto the hills, from whence cometh my help, my help cometh from the Lord, which
maketh the heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2. No highly influential can guarantee
any help if God has not granted it.
God is fast I response to the call of
the Custodians of HIS Divine Treasures. In fact; ‘A PRESENT HELP IN TROUBLE’
Psalm 46:1b. Let everyone that reads this know this day that help from God (DIVINE
HELP) exceeds any form of any other human or deity could offer, because it’s
from God only comes the help that has no regrets.
May Divine Help arise for the reader
of this message in all your situations in life in the name of Jesus!
